North Hollywood Auto Repair

After reading the Auto Shop’s reviews, I decided to take my car in for service. Dan was very honest and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and told me what I could expect to pay for repairs. During the repair process, he provided me with updates and ensured I understood exactly what the issues were and the steps necessary to repair them. He even went the extra mile and sent me a text message after a few days to see how my car was running. I highly recommend this repair shop!

As ever, I appreciate so much the clarity and candor of whatever's going on with my auto situation....mix in a little good humor, and it all helps take the stress out of an auto situation, even when the unexpected occurs. I never take for granted good communication, and keeping me apprised of my situation as promised ticks off an essential box. Cheerful, communicative, fair assessments and recommendations, good and timely work... pretty much what I'm looking for in auto care.

This place is the absolute best! Superb and exceptional service. We have taken both our beloved Camrys here and will now bring them nowhere else after 5 frustrating years with miserable, dishonest, and shoddy mechanics throughout Southern California. Captain Dan, Co-Captain Thomas and the whole crew truly know cars and are always honest and forthright and genuinely care about their customers. This is the place to take your car if you want the best service possible.

Having a good auto mechanic is like having a great barber that you’ve been seeing for years. These guys are that. Trust they’ll take good care of you.

The whole crew is top notch. Great communication, honesty, and integrity. I have an older car that needs a lot of attention, and I could easily imagine an auto shop trying to sell me on any of the myriad repairs/upgrades I could do. Dan, Thomas, and the rest have never done that, but instead have educated me and helped me prioritize repairs and guide me away from things that aren't really necessary. Can't recommend them enough!
