I spoke with both Dan and John, and they couldnt have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I called them the same day because I needed to have my car towed in after the battery kept dying. My car had been sitting for three years, so it also needed a thorough checkup. As a woman, Ive unfortunately experienced situations with male mechanics where they talk down to you, overcomplicate things, or assume youll just agree to whatever they recommend. That was absolutely NOT the case here. Dan and John explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and didnt try to rush me into anything. They even took the time to explain what needed to be addressed right away versus what could safely wait, which was incredibly helpful for staying within my budget. They also didnt try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which I honestly found very refreshing. Ive already told several of my girlfriends about my experience here, and Im so happy to have found such a trustworthy shop in my neighborhood. Ill definitely be coming back!
