Boy, I wish we would’ve found Dan at North Hollywood Auto Repair a lot sooner! We got a referral from a friend who said they were good at electrical diagnostics. We were having all kinds of electrical problems with my wife’s 2006 Honda Odyssey. We went to multiple mechanics and they could not figure out the problem! We spent a lot of money trying to fix the problem and we’re considering getting rid of our car because we couldn’t rely on it! We were at our wits end and we even took it to the dealership before taking it to Dan and all they wanted to do was throw more of the same parts we had already done with the other mechanics! Dan really listened to all our concerns was always upfront and honest with us on what may be the problem and possible solutions. He got the car fixed in a timely manner and didn’t try to sell or charge me for anything else that wasn’t necessary. We have been driving the car for about a week have not had any issues and were completely happy with our service. Next time we have a problem with our car, we’re going straight back to Dan. I would highly recommend them to anybody who has any kind of need for Maintenance or service on their vehicle.

Dan and John and the entire team are our go to for any type of auto work done on our vehicles. They have not tried to sell or upsell and you know it when you see it. Its rare for a shop to sustain that type of loyalty but here we are almost a decade later and we are still impressed by the communicativeness the customer satisfaction focus and the honest opinions about whats wrong and right about the vehicles. North Hollywood Auto Repair was recommended to me by a friend who uses their services. This was my first visit and I could not be happier. Dan & John were so helpful, knowledgeable and just plain nice. What I appreciated the most was the way in which Dan explained the repairs that needed to be completed now and those that could be delayed in layman language. Prices seem fair. This is definitely my new repair shop.
