North Hollywood Auto Repair

I have been going to North Hollywood Auto Repair for decades, and can’t imagine taking any of my cars anywhere else. I have also suggested them to several friends, and they have become loyal customers as well. They are great mechanics with fair prices.

Best service I have had ever. My back left lateral binder broke while driving through Cold water canyon, called AAA and they towed me there, they weren’t open (as expected) so I filled out the drop off info and put the key in the envelope and put in the drop box. I also left a voicemail cause I’m extra lol, they got back to me Monday morning with the diagnosis, they needed to order the part and said it would be ready by Wednesday. Typically I give a little wiggle room cause life happens and things don’t workout sometimes but lo and behold got a call mid afternoon my car was ready on Wednesday! QUICK AND THOROUGH! AMEN. Will definitely be back. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Dan and John are fantastic -- excellent service, fair pricing, genuinely nice guys! I trust my car (2005 Audi S4 Avant) to NO ONE. But I trust these guys -- they care about cars. I recommend them HIGHLY.

Got a flat and they had new tires ordered an fully changes out in less than a day! Super easy to work with, and fair prices.

Took my old Scion in because the battery light was on. They diagnosed a bad alternator, which I was expected. Dan called me and told me after they put the new alternator in, he didn't like the sound of it, so he ordered a different alternator. That was extra effort on their part, but very conscientious. They are good guys. They won't recommend stuff you don't need.
