I first heard of North Hollywood Auto Repair through a friend who gave them a glowing review for their service and honesty. Now, after bringing my own car, I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best auto shop I've ever visited in my life. The mechanics and staff were fast, efficient and incredibly kind to me. They got me in the day after a holiday and I received multiple updates directly from John while they were taking a look at my car, keeping me appraised of the progress. Despite not knowing much about cars personally I left feeling more knowledgeable about my own vehicle. Needless to say if I ever need further repairs I will choose North Hollywood Auto Repair over any other shop, including the dealership. They've earned a life-long customer and I have already recommended them to all of my local friends and family. I can't thank everyone there enough for the kindness they showed and the work they did.

I just moved to the West Valley and my car broke down in the North Hollywood area. I knew zero mechanics in the area, and chose to go with North Hollywood auto repair because of the longevity of the business. John was amazing, and I felt very informed every step of the way. Every single thing that happened with the car was reported to me in a very effective and efficient manner. Even though I live 12 miles away and there are any number of mechanics between here and North Hollywood auto repair, I took one of their business cards and will be referring everyone I know to them. I am more than pleased and satisfied with my repair.

I've been going to North Hollywood Auto Repair for years, and Dan and John never fail to take amazing are of me. They're honest, dependable, and are part of my neighborhood (which I love). NHAR's technicians do excellent work, and I always leave feeling confident in my car. Great guys and a great local shop. Highly recommend!
