An oasis, a safe harbor, no, Paradise awaits you here and its host goes by "Dan". The legends (aka reviews) are true, and I stand witness. Had a great experience with Dan who was very honest and transparent with the state of my car. My family will be bringing our vehicular transports here henceforth.

Now, after bringing my own car, I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best auto shop I've ever visited in my life. The mechanics and staff were fast, efficient and incredibly kind to me. They got me in the day after a holiday and I received multiple updates directly from John while they were taking a look at my car, keeping me appraised of the progress. Despite not knowing much about cars personally I left feeling more knowledgeable about my own vehicle. Needless to say if I ever need further repairs I will choose North Hollywood Auto Repair over any other shop, including the dealership. I just moved to the West Valley and my car broke down in the North Hollywood area. I knew zero mechanics in the area, and chose to go with North Hollywood auto repair because of the longevity of the business. John was amazing, and I felt very informed every step of the way. Every single thing that happened with the car was reported to me in a very effective and efficient manner.
