They always provide exceptional service here. They make you feel safe and comfortable leaving your car in their hands. I don’t know much about cars and the dealership usually takes advantage of that. At North Hollywood Auto Repair, they take the time to explain every repair and why you need it. I will continue going back to them as long as I can!

In the least dramatic way possible, I trust Dan with my life haha going into a shop as a woman who knows quite literally nothing about cars (Im from Jersey so I didnt even know how to pump gas) you are typically a target. He made sure to explain everything. Anything. He only fixed things that were actually broken. Didnt upsell me on anything. Worked with me on what needed to be fixed first when I was worried about affording costs. He went above and beyond to bring things to my level, be real and be kind when he knew I was overwhelmed. Couldnt recommend this shop more.
