The repair work was perfect, everything was great. My car runs great

My Ford F-150 had a check engine light come on. The team diagnosed the problem right away and helped me schedule the repair to make sure I'd be without my car for only the necessary amount of time. Dan and John are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and did a great job, getting my car back and working quickly and efficiently. I felt really well taken care of. This was my first time at North Hollywood Auto and it will now be my first stop going forward.

I can't say enough great things about North Hollywood Auto Repair! Dan and John are so knowledgable and honest, but more than that they're kind and a pleasure to work with. My car needed a LOT done and not only did they send me a detailed list of everything with explanations, they also called to go through it again item by item. It was clear they genuinely cared about my safety and making sure my car was driveable. I felt that the price was extremely fair and they were QUICK with the repairs, even though they're steadily busy. It can be so hard to find an auto shop, and as a woman it can be even harder to find one where you feel comfortable and not taken advantage of. Even if I move out of the neighborhood some day, I'll be taking my car to Dan and John for all of my car needs because that's how much I trust them.

So grateful to Dan & his team for fixing my car after spending a lot of money at another place that couldn't. It's a relief to finally find a mechanic like Dan that really knows what he's doing and you can trust.
