North Hollywood Auto Repair

I just had an emergency the other day. My car started dying whenever I had to stop for a minute or so. I called the auto club and had my car towed to the shop. They were very busy, but they took the time to check out my car and diagnose what was wrong. Knowing that this is the only car I have, they fixed it the next day and picked me up at work. This is the most honest auto repair shop I have ever been to. Example, I needed an oil change, and they called me and told me I didn't need to change my oil, it was clean. They checked everything out and I only needed to replace an air filter. How many places will do that? I have been going there for at least 15 years. Also, they give you a discount if you have auto club. BTW my car is a 2003 Toyota

These guys are the BEST! Honest, trustworthy and really know their stuff! No time-wasting here! Just get your car fixed for a reasonable price and get it done right the first time!

Dan is the man! I'm so happy that I found his shop in my neighborhood. He has worked on my cars a few times for the last couple of years and every time he and his team did excellent work. And best of all, he is honest and never upsells; he even declines the work that he doesn't think the cars need. The only complaint is that I have to book an appointment a few weeks in advance because the shop is always busy (for a good reason), but I'd rather wait than going elsewhere.

Excellent service and explanation of my car's issue. Full transparency prior to approval to move forward with service and work was done on schedule. Nothing buy high marks for all there, especially Dan the owner.
