Edit: just adding to the below -- went in for the followup appointment, arrived 2 hours late, Dan and John still managed to make sure I got out the same day. Work continues to be excellent, pricing is great, and the customer service is outstanding. Glad I ended up here. An absolute gem in a sea of uncertainty. Dan is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgable -- and happy to explain the details and options in a very layman-friendly manner. Communication throughout was excellent, and I was able to pick up my car several days before I expected. I have an odd car too, so tracking down the parts was in itself no small feat. Will happily travel here from mid-city in the future for all auto work, since a trustworthy mechanic is worth their weight in gold. Highly recommended.
