Great experience here at North Hollywood Auto Repair. Dan took care of me from beginning to end. He was efficient, yet detailed in the diagnosis of my vehicle. It appears that the dealership actually ruined my engine due to gross negligence during scheduled service and repairs about 5 weeks ago. With Dan's diagnosis and feedback, I will be going back to Ford with the expectation that they cover the cost of fixing my vehicle.

Friendly and honest.. great service. Been going to them for over 10 years. They have a new amd based service system which reports the critical and non critical repairs needed which really enhances the service. Highly recommend for their honesty and competences.

No complaints. Professional and delivered when they said they would. Priced appropriately. It's been about a month and all is still good.

It was my 1st service since I bought the car in 10/20, an oil change with a full inspection, I felt I had the royal treatment because they had their Japanese car expert working on it, everything was in order except it just needed a new air filter which was communicated to me, and was promptly ordered and installed.

I Love this place! They are great, they saved my car from another mechanic that scammed me by doing horrible work on my engine, and they fixed all the problems, solved the oil leak and replaced all the parts that were bad. They are fast too and very kind and honest, this is my mechanic and I'll continue to go here :)
