When your young adult moves more than a thousand miles away and is stranded because her car broke down, you get a sinking feeling of helplessness. I am so lucky to have searched and found this place and had AAA tow her car there. Dan was amazing to work with trying to diagnose what went wrong. Multiple test drives later Dan was able to at least get it back running and to say the price was reasonable would be an understatement. Great communication, trustworthy all the things you want in a shop. Knowing she has them nearby should she run into other problems definitely is one less thing to worry about. So glad to have found this shop, Dan is SO nice, helped me understand everything going on with my car, was super honest about what did and didn’t need to be done, and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this shop, will definitely be the only place I go to anytime I need service.

Dan is the best. I came in to get my window fixed and he called me with updates when it was more than we expected. He also fixed the shoddy job someone else had done to my window. I will definitely come back to these people

They were absolutely incredible about helping me when my car broke down on the freeway. They were knowledgable, accommodating and didn’t make me feel like a complete idiot for a lack of knowledge about cars. I would fully either drive several hours or pay whatever the cost is to have it towed here over any other mechanic and I do actively recommend them to people that I know.

Visiting the area from Maine in September for a wedding although I spend Winters in North Hollywood. My local car sits outside for months waiting for my return. Air flight ready to leave LAX in only a few days to return home when my car broke down. Dan and John said they would do their best to have it done before my flight and the horrors of re-booking if necessary. They succeeded on all levels, offering a detailed and understandable explanation of the issues involved with the car, the upside and downside risks, and the cost of each. There busy shop was noticeably full of cars yet mine was done in time for me to make my flight. Not just words...deeds are what counts. I'm now a customer going forward during my Winters here.
