Dan serviced my car quickly and honored the warranty on my started -- an easy and delightful experience.

I haven’t had a mechanic that I trusted this much in 20 years. Very professional, punctual, honest, fair prices, and funny too. I no longer live anywhere near North Hollywood auto, but I recently took the trek back because I don’t trust anybody else with my car. Dan is great, and so is everyone else that works there.

Honest, efficient, accurate, thorough and friendly!! What more could you ask for!!! The best!!!

Always a pleasure to deal with these guys. They explain the repairs clearly, make recommendations with no pressure and are totally honest. My latest repair was covered under warranty. They could have charged me for it and I wouldn't have know any better, but that's not how they operate. They are the best in the business.

I've been going to North Hollywood Auto for the past several years, and I am ALWAYS happy with the service. Everybody on board is respectful, honest, and friendly, and any issues have been quickly resolved. I trust Dan and the rest of the team with all things car-related (and probably some general life advice, too).

Despite having a long list of customers before me, I felt that the staff promptly diagnosed my car's problem, advised me on seeing if the part to be replaced was under warranty (sadly it was not), performed the replacement quickly, and provided a much lengthier warranty on that replaced part (in contrast to the failed part originally installed by Firestone...). My partner and I have had these folks at NoHo Auto Repair work on our cars before, and they are straightforward with costs and expectations without intent to load up unnecessary fixes or additions. Will be returning for future repairs, but hopefully not too soon! ;)

We have been bring our cars here for years! We started back Jack and now with Dan and these guys are the nicest and most honest people. It’s beyond comforting to know you will be well taken care of and because they run such an honest business your not afraid to bring your car in for fear of getting up sold. I hate to say it but they truly help me take better care of my car and many times I bring it in and then get the bill, I’m like “really, that’s it?”. Oofff, I probably shouldn’t have said that…..oh well
