We have been bringing our cars to North Hollywood auto repair for over 10 years if not longer. The number ONE reason They are honest 2) their prices are reasonable 3)they keep track of your automobile needs like they would in a dealer. 4) they take the time to explain to you what your car needs and why they are going to be doing it. To allow you to plan ahead for what might be coming up next to maintain your car in good shape. One downfall, they are so good that it is best to call ahead for an appointment.

Dan and John and team have taken great care of my cars for years now. They are incredibly reliable. They are always honest and upfront about cost. They are never looking to gouge. I brought them a total clunker to check out once and they advised me what was worth fixing and what wasn’t. They are always full! Totally busy and packed with cars. I’ll never take my car anywhere else, I know I can count on them. I wouldn’t describe them as cheap, but I would say their prices are fair. Plus AAA members get a discount. Their work is quality and dependable.

I am a retired mechanic, and this location has my absolute seal of approval. They have the fairest prices and also offer Triple AAA discounts. They're clear and concise with the work they do. I told them my front brakes were REALLY bad. Without me having to say anything, they checked the rears and the brake fluid for acidity. This is not a shop you can drive up to and get service right away, either. They have a hefty wait list. Word of advice from a former shop owner. When a small shop has a wait time. It's because THEYRE GOOD! Good mechanic shops get REALLY busy. It's a good thing. I was in and out within 3 days. The third was by my choice as well. John & Don are both professional and highly skilled service writers. This is the closest you can get to dealer with out dealer pricing. Brakes are done now, and the car is running awesome.
