Dan and his staff were great. Very nice and a great turnaround. You can tell they really care about their customers. I wish I had found them years ago. But this is going to be my go to hair spot from now on! And family owned since 1937!

The level of courteous, professional and consistent service i have gotten here over the past 6 years is unmatched. I have been driving for 30 years, i have visited countless mechanics throughout those years and none come remotely close to the quality of service these guys provide at North Hollywood Auto. Dan is truly the man and an expert in all things mechanical. He gives detailed feedback about the in's and out's of what kind of service your vehicle may need and gets the work done with timely precision. They do get busy however so plan accordingly, but i promise you it's worth the wait because the work get's done right the first time. Top marks all around for these guys. Dan, John and staff are honest and trustworthy. They explain everything thoroughly and answer all questions in an understandable manner. This is the only shop my entire family uses for all auto maintenance and repairs.

I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was ready to pick up that Thursday. The car was running on Wednesday but they informed me that a prong was slightly bent on the new piece. Instead of just calling it done they explained it to me and we decided to go with another, they did the job and they did it right.
