Good honest mechanics. They could have tried charging me a bunch but told me it’s wiser to go to the dealer and try to use warranty to save thousands

I love that I can trust that North Hollywood Auto has my back. I feel like they talk to me straight. I went to another dealer who said I needed to change my break pads. I came here and they educate me and let me know I could go for another month or so and then replace them. I appreciate that! These guys are great.

I have been going to No. Hollywood Auto Repair for 40 years. I recently had a problem with my car, whereby the cause could have been two different things. Dan didn’t want to guess which option it could be and have me waste money if it didn’t work, so he figured out a workaround until the right option clearly presented itself and he was able to repair the car. I’m not sure another shop would have been this diligent in trying to ascertain the problem. This is why I continue to frequent this establishment.

These guys go above and beyond. My car was clipped by a passerby driver while waiting for service by the shop and their team fixed my side mirror and buffed out a small scratch for free. Great service and upfront and honest prices. So glad to have found a trustworthy mechanic in the area! I recommend them to all my friends.

Dan is amazing and very knowledgeable. He really cares about what he does and who he does it for. Brought in my car for a power steering fluid leak and fully trusted him to take care of the problem without trying to get over on me like some mechanics have in the past. I totally understand why he has such loyal customers. I'll be returning to Dan for all of my car needs.
