They have always been great. As a woman I never feel like I am being taken advantage of. They are an ethical company. They could have taken me for $1000 when I first brought my car in as a new client. Instead the helped me get my car repair under warrant from another repair shop. Not only that, they were able to get that company to come up from San Diego to Los Angeles to tow my car back to their shop and then when it was done to bring it back.

I started taking my car to Dan and John in April of this year. In my experience, mechanics have been condescending with my lack of car knowledge. It’s caused some anxiety for me so finding a place that would be patient and clear with me was important. That being said, I have really loved my experience here thus far. I feel listened to and worked with as a customer while also feeling like my old ‘98 car is being take care of for a decent price. I tell all of my friends about Dan and John at North Hollywood Auto Repair!
