Dan and crew are awesome. Nice nice guys. Always taken care of my '20 Kia Sportage and I'm glad to work with them on the '15 Prius I got more recenly. Inspection is always thorough and they're helpful when working out what actually needs doing so you never feel like they're selling you services that aren't necessary. Had a recent miscommunication trying to make an appointment for the Prius thru the website, and even though I didn't reach out and talk to Dan until the day before the slot I wanted and they had nothing on their books, he told me to come in then anyway and they did some key, necessary things quick enough that I had it back right after lunch. Don't know if they just had room that day or what but they did not have to accommodate me like that and I really appreciate them doing so. Looking forward to working with Dan even if I move out of NoHo - if I can get the car there that's where I'll take it first.
