Dan helped me out and went above and beyond explaining everything. I got my brakes and brake pads fixed and I got videos with all the information sent to me and other maintenance tips. I have an older Lexus and Ive decided to only bring my car here from now on because of all the help Dan gave me, it wouldn't make sense to spend more somewhere else where they don't take the time to do a thorough inspection the way Dan did. Have been bringing my cars in to North Hollywood Auto for over a decade and they have kept my current one in top running condition well after 100K miles (which takes a huge load off my mind of not having to constantly juggle my car situation.) I wasn’t sure what was up with the car from the noise it was making. Dan, who is always friendly and kind, gave it a thorough going over. It was a simple repair, done at a fair price.

I took my vehicle here for a 100,000 mile inspection. I couldn’t be more pleased with the honestly & transparency from Dan & his staff. He was straight forward about what needed to be done now and what could wait. The online system made it easy to review the inspection results & approve what work I wanted to do. They inspected it, did the work and had it ready for pickup in the same day. I immediately set up an appointment for my girlfriend’s vehicle and will be bringing mine back.

Shoutout to the team here! They’re super friendly and won't rip you off, they actually told me when I didn't need a service. Also they even put up with my headlight incompetence when I tried to force some LEDs into my now "vintage" car. If you want a shop that’s honest and patient, this is the spot!
