I love this place! Jack and Sayeed are the best. And they're always honest about what's needed and what can wait. Times are tough and so managing cash flow is important. The convenience of being a block away from the train station is an added benefit. It's kind of like car daycare - I drop the care off to them, take the train to work, and pick the car up at the end of the day.

As always, every concern was handled in an appropriate and professional manor and the final cost was exactly the given estimate.

This shop suits me. They do the job right. They know what they're doing, they're not defensive when I ask them questions and don't mind explaining things to me. Not to mention that they weren't condescending when eplaining things. So if you're the type to just patch things up as cheaply as possible or you prefer to conduct your business without small talk then this place isn't for you.
