Can you say Jack and Saeed are the coolest guys EVER?? Because I can!! Seriously, my car started acting up while on the freeway and once I got off it just died on me. AAA was of no use, but thankfully the customer service rep suggested NHAR and I'm so glad she did!When I got to the place these guys were super nice and helpful, explained each step in the process, and followed up with calls and emails promptly. It wasn't too cheap to replace the fuel pump injector, but not much I could do about that. They also talked to me about this squeaking from my brakes and fixed that for free (although I did need new brakes anyway, lol).All in all, Jack and Saeed were fantastic and friendly. They never upsold me on anything, asked my thoughts on their recommendations, and even gave me some great info for other body shops when I need to get some scratches fixed (that's for another time!).

Jack and Saaed made a bad experience good. My car was diagnosed as needing an engine replacement. They charged only for the diagnostics and even worked it out so that one of their mechanics could buy the car from me and I was able to go out and get a new one.

Just had a ton of work done, and never doubted for a minute that the estimates were and quality of work was high. One of the best choices I've made since moving to L.A.

They found an electrical problem nobody else could find, and fixed it quickly, and for a very good price.
