I found NHAR via the AAA Web site shortly after having $1200 worth of labor done by my former (non-AAA- endorsed) mechanic, only to have my car overheat the next day -- not a good thing! In contrast, Jack & Co. always perform excellent (nuch appreciated) work & have successfully nursed more than one of my cars well into old age. Thanks, guys!

If you are looking for an honest, reasonable repair shop that genuinely cares about the customer, this is the place to go. They have taken care ofm y cars for 6 years and I will have always been treated exceptionally well!

I went in for routine maintenance and the guys found a potential problem. But instead of assuming that they had to conduct a costly repair, they talked to me first about the issue with my engine and said they wanted to observe it between visits. These guys are so honest; they could have easily said that it just had to be fixed and done the work and charged me for it, but they didn't. They are that honest, and it's the reason I trust them.
