These guys are very trustworthy and I think that is worth a little extra money. I brought my relatively new car in for the regular 12,000 mile service and they were very honest and said nothing was wrong- they checked everything and just charged me for an oil change. I would recommend them to anyone.

Came in last minute for an alignment and serpentine belt, and of course Saaed and Jack were more than happy to help me out even though their garage was full. Courteous staff, great prices and trustworthy service.

They took care of my car's problem quickly and efficiently. They were also very accommodating in arranging for payment. Not only would I use them again but I highly recommend them to others!

I love these guys! Long story short, I have an old car that is in bad shape in more than one way and they've done a lot to help me hold on to it for as long as I can.Not only do they fix whatever problems I have with my car, but Jack is also excellent at explaining what is going on and what needs to be done so that (dun dun duh!) I actually understand it! Granted, I have gotten cheaper service elsewhere, but it has never been this reliable. They have even gone out of their way a couple times and helped me out by renting a car for me at their expense if the repairs have taken longer than anticipated.Yes I'm thinking about moving out of the Valley, but I swear, I will probably still drive out here to bring my car to North Hollywood Auto Repair.

Jack was very professional and helpful. The car was ready before I expected and they were very clear and upfront about all maintenance and work that would be performed. Excellent experience.
