I came looking for quality service coupled with quality communication, and a friendly 'crew'. If I am to trust my vehicle to your minstrations, I want to know what and how the work is to be performed! I met 'Jack' and immediately was impressed with how I was greeted. My feelings towards the orginazition was very positive, so made an appointment for cooling system flush. The tech was neat, friendly, efficient, I am happy! I will pay the asking price, but I want good work! Thank you all, I am a new customer, with three cars! I will see you again soon!

I've been to PLENTY of Auto Shops in my driving career. This place is by far the best. Both quality and service is top notch. To any who whine about price, you get what you pay for. I've been going to North Hollywood Auto Repair for about two years now and I love them. They are always professional, caring and do the damn best job to get your car back the same day if they can. They also will explain exactly what is wrong with your car and give you examples so you fully understand what is happening and why you need repairs.
