They took care of my car's problem quickly and efficiently. They were also very accommodating in arranging for payment. Not only would I use them again but I highly recommend them to others!

I love these guys! Long story short, I have an old car that is in bad shape in more than one way and they've done a lot to help me hold on to it for as long as I can.Not only do they fix whatever problems I have with my car, but Jack is also excellent at explaining what is going on and what needs to be done so that (dun dun duh!) I actually understand it! Granted, I have gotten cheaper service elsewhere, but it has never been this reliable. They have even gone out of their way a couple times and helped me out by renting a car for me at their expense if the repairs have taken longer than anticipated.Yes I'm thinking about moving out of the Valley, but I swear, I will probably still drive out here to bring my car to North Hollywood Auto Repair.

Jack was very professional and helpful. The car was ready before I expected and they were very clear and upfront about all maintenance and work that would be performed. Excellent experience.

The title says it all. As a woman I'm often treated with condescending attitudes or disdain when I walk into a garage and then on top of the insult I'm charged exorbitantly - this is FAR from the experience I had with Jack and Saeed - MY NEW AUTO GUYS! It's unfortunate that I have to share them and I'm sure my car will keep them in furs but I can not explain the trust I had from the first moment I walked into North Hollywood Auto Repair! My 13 year old car was towed into the establishment on recommendation by another female friend who had also been towed to them...and in one day...I was driving my car again! Thank you Jack!!
