Been here a number of times, and haven't been disappointed. Sometimes it seems that the price is higher than expected, but we've never had to return because something wasn't done right. It's good to know that when you get your car back, it's fixed.

I've been taking my car to North Hollywood Auto Repair since I moved to L.A. over six years ago, and have never regretted it.

I went in for an oil change at a busy time on Saturday morning. There were several guests before me and Jack said it would take two hours and it did. He was also able to diagnose some other issues I had concerns with and we plan to follow up this week to resolve them.

I've been a customer for many years and have never had a reason to complain. They let me know what needs to be done, how much it cost, and if it is something that needs to be done immediately due to safety issues or if it can wait. A+ to North Hollywood Auto Repair!

I am a first time car owner and know nothing about cars. This shop comes highly recommended through AAA I got there and everyone made me feel at ease and explained everything in a manner that I could understand. Won't take my car anywhere else.

I found NHAR via the AAA Web site shortly after having $1200 worth of labor done by my former (non-AAA- endorsed) mechanic, only to have my car overheat the next day -- not a good thing! In contrast, Jack & Co. always perform excellent (nuch appreciated) work & have successfully nursed more than one of my cars well into old age. Thanks, guys!
