Jack at North Hollywood Auto Repair was able to repair my car the same, even though I brought it to him at four o'clock. The service was courteous and my car is running right.

I have been coming to see Jack adn Syeed for at least three years and they have always been more than fair with regard to prices and service. If a lot of work needs to be done, they help prioritize the jobs so that I don't have to spend my entire paycheck at each visit. I have had bad experiences with other local mechanics and these guys treat me great at each visit. You can get a discount on parts if you have a AAA card, too.

As usual I was given a great deal of care when bringing my car in. Jack is a very friendly individual who cares about providing excellent customer service. He is also very knowledgeable and will explain everything in detail so you understand and will be able to make informed decisions about repairs if needed. What's also great? My gear shift broke off my steering and I could not move my car. AAA towed my car to North Hollywood auto care and I was very impressed with they're service. I felt like they were honest and kept me in touch with the repair. It took a few days but they did it right, and now I have my car back. This AAA approved shop has knowledgeable management who diagnose, treat and maintain a car in top condition at fair prices. They provide transportation home while you wait if you live nearby and make an appointment.

I love these guys, Jack always explains things to me so that I get it. They have done great work on my car and planning to go back for an oil service, since I got a nice email reminder. Great idea to have those ready for follow-ups. I've been taken advantage of by other mechanics, well no more of that, since I found a AAA approved mechanic. He is friendly and provides excellent service.
