As usual I was given a great deal of care when bringing my car in. Jack is a very friendly individual who cares about providing excellent customer service. He is also very knowledgeable and will explain everything in detail so you understand and will be able to make informed decisions about repairs if needed. What's also great? Absolutely no lying about unnecessary repairs. 100% honest!

My gear shift broke off my steering and I could not move my car. AAA towed my car to North Hollywood auto care and I was very impressed with they're service. I felt like they were honest and kept me in touch with the repair. It took a few days but they did it right, and now I have my car back. I would definitely recommend NH auto repair to anyone and will use them in the future if I need to.

This AAA approved shop has knowledgeable management who diagnose, treat and maintain a car in top condition at fair prices. They provide transportation home while you wait if you live nearby and make an appointment.

I love these guys, Jack always explains things to me so that I get it. They have done great work on my car and planning to go back for an oil service, since I got a nice email reminder. Great idea to have those ready for follow-ups. I've been taken advantage of by other mechanics, well no more of that, since I found a AAA approved mechanic. He is friendly and provides excellent service.

I love North Hollywood Auto Repair. Jack and Saeed are knowledgeable and Honest. They will always tell you what has to be fixed immediately and what has to wait. They are always kind and if you live close enough they will even take you home while your car is being repaired. I don't take my car anywhere else.

Jack & the guys did a great job for us. We were getting ready to go on a trip and Jack fit us in. And when he found something else that was unexpected and needed attention, they stayed late, on a Saturday, to make sure it was finished for us.

I had a better and less expensive service then at the Ford Dealer ship I usaly go to.
