I had a Cadilliac broken down in Southern California and had ho idead what to do. I contacted AAA approved auto repair and was directed to Jack. Jack had the car towed to the shop, inspected, repaired and back on the road in 1/2 of a day. He must have dropped everything to get me back on the road because he knew I was stuck, to say that the repair cost was reasonable is an understatement it was down right cheep! You just don't find this kind of SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL ATTIDUDE AND FREINDLY APPROACH anywhere anymore! Many thanks to Jack and North Hollywood Auto Repair!

I was having an awful day. My tire blew out in the morning, then overheated on my way home in the middle of the night. AAA recommended NoHo Auto Repair. I dropped my car off that night with the information and called them back in the morning. They took a look at it and quickly called me back to let me know the information they acquired and how I wanted to handle it. They were very nice and very patient and gave me a very good price. I think I have found my new mechanic in the LA area.

Jack's shop reminds me of the local auto body shop in the small town I grew up in. Real people who are personable and who seem like they truly love what they do. Rather than just being given an estimate or a list of what my car needs, I instead was engaged in very interesting and personal conversation so that I truly understood what was happening with my car. It's evident that the folks at North Hollywood Auto realize that it's more important to get a customer to feel at home and to feel respected than to just try and take them for as much as they'll shell out in a visit. They identified the problem and fixed it with grace and for a very reasonable price. I am so glad I found this shop and would recommend it to anyone.

I found this place by accident, as i was given the wrong address to a recommended mechanic. As it turned out, Jack and Saeed took excellent care of me. They gave me a thorough overview of all the critical issues that needed to be addressed; many to which i was unaware of and previous mechanics (pep boys) failed to notify me about. I brought my car in late Monday and was surprised to have it finished the following morning, considering they had a full lot the previous day.

Jack at North Hollywood Auto Repair was able to repair my car the same, even though I brought it to him at four o'clock. The service was courteous and my car is running right.

I have been coming to see Jack adn Syeed for at least three years and they have always been more than fair with regard to prices and service. If a lot of work needs to be done, they help prioritize the jobs so that I don't have to spend my entire paycheck at each visit. I have had bad experiences with other local mechanics and these guys treat me great at each visit. You can get a discount on parts if you have a AAA card, too.
