Been in North Hollywood for 15 years now, just found out about North Hollywood Auto repair last March - Thank Goodness! They are the best.

Had to get my oil pan replaced thanks to Jiffy Lube. Jack was very thorough in explaining what happened. When they realized the replacement pan was leaking as well, he told me, apologized for the inconvenience of having to bring it back but it's getting changed today. Will definitely bring my car back.

Forgot I needed to smog my car this year, and when I called up to see when I could take my car in, Jack said, "How 'bout 10 minutes?" 10 minutes later I was at the garage, and 20 minutes later I was back in my (now recertifed) car.

We were wanting to purchase a used limousine from another shop in California and wanted to make sure the vehicle was going to be a good purchase. Well Jack was very professional and reassured me that their pre purchase vehicle inspection would be the way for me to make sure the vehicle was in working order. Well they were so thorough, friendly and have great communication. They found that the vehicle had engine problems and would be lots of $ to fix due to high mileage. I was driving to Hollywood from Fresno, CA (four hours away) when my car started making a funky, "popping" sound. Long story short, I ended up off the 101 in North Hollywood with a bad spark plug.After having AAA tow my car, they recommended I take it to this place, North Hollywood Auto Repair. Great thing is, they're open Saturdays! Since it was just a weekend trip, I was quite pleased to hear that.Saeed was such a nice guy, you can tell he truly wants to get the job done right, and not necessarily "quick". Although, I was quite impressed with the speed of the job. Needless to say, it's a shame I don't live in the LA-area, because I have found a service shop that is professional, clean, and persistent. Saeed even wanted me to call him when I got into town to make sure I got there safe. That shows class, he wants to take care of his customers.HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody in the LA-SFV areas!
