I called on short notice to get a new battery. One of the terminals was also fried and needed to be replaced. I didn't want to deal with it myself. Jack got me right in, and I was on my way in good time for a very reasonable price.

Jack took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car, what was urgent to repair and what wasn't, and how it was going to be repaired.
