Great experience and very accommodating of my situation. Spoke with Jack 1st thing in the morning and was given a very reasonable estimate. About the time most mechanics call to tell you they have found somyhing else, Jack was calling to tell me my car was ready and not a cent over the estimate.

In addition to good work, a professional and good humored staff, eased the stress of auto repair, and I am grateful for each person!

Blew out my tire, and needed a new one ASAP to get to a meeting. NHAR got it done.

Been in North Hollywood for 15 years now, just found out about North Hollywood Auto repair last March - Thank Goodness! They are the best.

Had to get my oil pan replaced thanks to Jiffy Lube. Jack was very thorough in explaining what happened. When they realized the replacement pan was leaking as well, he told me, apologized for the inconvenience of having to bring it back but it's getting changed today. Will definitely bring my car back.

Forgot I needed to smog my car this year, and when I called up to see when I could take my car in, Jack said, "How 'bout 10 minutes?" 10 minutes later I was at the garage, and 20 minutes later I was back in my (now recertifed) car.

We were wanting to purchase a used limousine from another shop in California and wanted to make sure the vehicle was going to be a good purchase. Well Jack was very professional and reassured me that their pre purchase vehicle inspection would be the way for me to make sure the vehicle was in working order. Well they were so thorough, friendly and have great communication. They found that the vehicle had engine problems and would be lots of $ to fix due to high mileage. Thank you Jack for doing your job and making sure the consumer did not get the short end of that stick. We are in Florida and I called AAA to find North Hollywood Auto Repair and Im so glad I did.
