It was quite refreshing to find such excellent service so close to home for my Saab - Jack was great!

After a rough few days I posted a terrible review of this repair shop. They have since proven they are honest, trustworthy with an eagerness to help. I took them a lemon and they did with it what they could, when it completely blew up they were honest and helpful. I will be taking my new vehicle there for an inspection ASAP.

This car is coming into it's classic '25th' year and because of North Hollywood Auto Repair it runs beautifully. If only Ford could do that.

Had our 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora, taken care of and it drives like new. This is really the last great service station where there's actually service!

Jack and Sayeed are really terrific. They are always pleasant and very funny. I've found them to be very trustworthy - I once had an oil leak which it took them multiple appointments to figure out - they spent hours on the problem. When they figured it out, they told me it was safe to wait and not do anything about it just yet and charged me nothing for all their time! It's hard to find a good mechanic, but I trust their judgement every time.

I have been a customer for about 15 yrs, They always have been more than fair in their pricing and the service has always been excellent.

Since I've found out about North Hollywood Auto Repair - I've only taken my car here. I am about to embark on a 3000 mile tour from Los Angeles to New York - moving from LA to NYC and wouldn't you know it, 7 days before I was suppose to leave, my transmission starts acting up. The Toyota Rav 4 only has 62,000 miles on it...how can this be. I took it to Jack and Saeed and was told that they would call me as soon as they could. I didn't hear from them so I called and was afraid of the news. Transmissions cost $$$$$$$$. They discovered it was not the actual transmission but the TCM (transmission computer monitor)...and it was faulty. Usually a $2500 fix...but they checked for me...and found out that it was still under warranty from Toyota. My car currently sits at a Toytoa lot, where it will be fixed for free and I will be on my way with an oil change, air filter change and a cabin filter change by North Hollywood Auto Repair...far less then the $2500 it would have cost. Most garages would have charged me that much and tried to either do it themselves or take it to the dealership and pocketed the money. Jack and Saeed are some of the most decent people I have ever met. Their customer service and friendly attitude always make the experience a better one. I don't know what I'm going to do when I move to the east coast...to bad I can't put them in my pocket! There should be no other mechanics you should go to! EVER!

I have taken my car here for years. Jack and Saeed always go the extra mile. I never worry about being taken advantage of. My last visit was extraordinary. I went in the middle of the day expecting to have to come back and leave my car all day to be checked out. Saeed assessed my car, called to get the parts ordered & delivered, and even installed them himself even though this is not his job. This went above and beyond, saved me time and money and most of all I left with peace of mind. I would highly recommend this Auto Repair.
