Brought in my overheating 2000 Mazda Protege. They ran a few tests and found out the repair's going to be more expensive than the car's worth. They'd rather tell me the truth than sweeten the price a bit just so I can agree and they take my money. On top of that I complained that the other repair shop I use to go to was "expensive" and one of the mechanics said "Well we're not cheap either.." which surprised me that he admitted it "..but you won't find anywhere else that would give you 2 years warranty". These guys are legit. Get you car taken care of here. The reviews and the packed parking is an indication that customers appreciate their business.

They are so nice. They saved me $100s and even gave me a ride to and from my house. Jack is the coolest guy and the mechanics are all really nice too. Im so glad I found this place. Did great work on my car. Has 160K miles and runs awesome. Great place I'm definitely taking my car there forever.

I've been taking my cars to north Hollywood auto repair for over 20 years. Excellent staff and unbelievable turnaround to get your car back. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

We were wanting to purchase a used limousine from another shop in California and wanted to make sure the vehicle was going to be a good purchase. Well Jack was very professional and reassured me that their pre purchase vehicle inspection would be the way for me to make sure the vehicle was in working order. Well they were so thorough, friendly and have great communication. They found that the vehicle had engine problems and would be lots of $ to fix due to high mileage. Thank you Jack for doing your job and making sure the consumer did not get the short end of that stick. We are in Florida and I called AAA to find North Hollywood Auto Repair and Im so glad I did.

I'm a longtime customer, and this is why... I desperately needed an oil change but had trouble getting my car in during the week. On a whim I pulled up on a very busy Saturday and asked Jack if there was any way he could pull off a miracle for me and do an oil change in the next couple of hours (I had a meeting to get to that afternoon). They were clearly busy, he hemmed and hawed, walked around to survey the work, and took it on! How can I thank these guys enough! They also recently got my 8 year old Toyota in FANTASTIC shape for a super long car-driving location. I went to other car places before I knew these guys, but once I came to North Hollywood Auto Repair I never ever considered anywhere else. These guys care, they're fair, and to top quality work. A gem in today's world.
