I'm a longtime customer, and this is why... I desperately needed an oil change but had trouble getting my car in during the week. On a whim I pulled up on a very busy Saturday and asked Jack if there was any way he could pull off a miracle for me and do an oil change in the next couple of hours (I had a meeting to get to that afternoon). They were clearly busy, he hemmed and hawed, walked around to survey the work, and took it on! How can I thank these guys enough! They also recently got my 8 year old Toyota in FANTASTIC shape for a super long car-driving location. I went to other car places before I knew these guys, but once I came to North Hollywood Auto Repair I never ever considered anywhere else. These guys care, they're fair, and to top quality work. A gem in today's world.

I love this shop , I was having problems with my Bmw went to 3 different shops none of them figure out what was wrong with it , always the engine light will pop out , and they fix my baby here totally recommended .

What I look for is a convenient location, quality service and repair, honest diagnosis, and reasonable pricing. I found all of that here at North Hollywood Auto. I'm a true believer in getting what you pay for and going super cheap often costs you more in the long run. They're honest about what needs to be done now and what can wait until later. It helps you make a plan for the budget your on. The safety of my family in our car is most important and I always feel safer knowing the NHA has checked everything out before putting me back on the road.

Quick, efficient and friendly service.

I came into the garage with a flat tire and in no time it was checked and finished while I waited. Whenever I come in, everyone I come in contact is friendly and very helpful. When I have car trouble, I always know that you will be there to fix it. Thank you.

(Been going here for three years. I have a 2001 Saturn with 175K miles.)I can't say enough how great this place is! Jack and Saeed are so nice, all the time, I've never had a bad experience. They're honest, give you all the options (even ones that don't include their shop!) and don't hide any charges. I hope I can recommend lots of people to them.

Went in for routine maintenaince and the experts found some potential problems ahead for the brake drums and so I had them take care of it. Always have found a very high caliber of diagnostic capabilties there and am never disappointed.

Saheed and Jack are the best. The repairs and the costs were exellent. North Hollywood Auto is now "our" shop.
