I took my car in due to it overheating, Jack, Dan and the rest of the crew were able to figure out what the issue was and fix it, in no time and the price for the job was beyond fair. I'll be bringing my car back and recommending this spot to anyone that needs they're car fixed.

Jack and Dan are the best!!! I screwed up and didn't call them when I should have to get my tires ordered for my scheduled appointment the following day, but it didn't matter. At 4:30 pm the day prior, they still made it happen, and my tires were mounted a couple of hours later than my originally scheduled appointment. They know I'm a single Mom on a tight budget and they worked with me to get my car repaired at a reasonable price. This is my third time there, and they never try to sell me something I don't need like dealerships and rip-off auto repair shops do. They are good decent people who deserve my continued patronage (and yours).

Been coming to this shop for all my car maintenance for several years now. Jack runs this shop very well. He's a straight shooter who tells you exactly when what's wrong with your car, what you can do to prevent further problems from developing, what maintenance is necessary, and what maintenance is not. This is a very trustworthy shop. The only downside is North Hollywood Auto is often quite busy, but that's because they're popular with their customers who recognize how consistently good their work is. And even when they're busy, North Hollywood Auto has always made an effort to fit my car in whenever possible. I fully recommend North Hollywood Auto.
