Everything was explained to me in detail before any repairs were made, I felt like they took the time to double check the work they put in without charging extra, they took time to make sure that I understood what needed to be repaired. I am very happy with the work that was done and highly recommend their service.

My car air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling. They checked it's air temperature and said make an appointment which I have done for many years for all my car needs. As usual, they fixed the problem. I've always been very happy with them. I trust them!

Hoping they expand their facility to decrease wait time for appointments, but they do their best to accommodate urgent needs.

THE BEST IN TOWN Daniel at North Hollywood Auto is one of the true class acts left in this field! He was above and beyond helpful, kind, and generous. Women know that being respected at an auto repair shop is a rarity, and I never felt uncomfortable or slighted once with Daniel. I was a first time customer with a recommendation and he took me in that day, drove my car with me around the block, assessed my entire car and waived the fee, then emailed me a VERY detailed full breakdown of everything needing repair, complete with photos and “danger” timelines. AND told me where I could get certain repairs done cheaper, as I was on a tight budget. I’ve never had better customer service. They have a loyal customer, and fervent fan, for life. Absolutely love Dana Brown and his team at North Hollywood Auto! I had a problem with my BMW a few years ago and AAA recommended them. So happy they did! The prices are reasonable, they are quick at finishing work, and very, very responsive! I also strongly appreciate that if I'm running late and cannot pick up my car during normal hours, they will leave the car and key in a secure place and I can pick it up at my convenience. Thanks for great work, guys!
