John and Dan are incredible. Always very detailed and have been up front of all work that needs done or will need to be done after diagnostic tests. This is a top notch mechanic who I confidently refer friends and family. He is trustworthy and reliable. He took apart my Escalade seats to help me find a pair of missing diamond earrings. He found them and called me to report the good news. Perhaps someone else would have kept the diamonds and said they didn’t find them. He also keeps it honest with me about repairs, never upselling or trying to overcharge me.
