Fantastic! I plan on returning again and again!

I won't take my car to any other place. I first starting coming to Jack and Saeed several years ago after getting a recommendation from a co-worker who heard be complaining about being ripped off by dealerships. They're honest, do good work, and are genuinely nice guys. They earned my trust and I recommend people to come to them all the time.

At the recommendation of a friend, I took my car to North Hollywood Auto Repair for service. I had several things done - work on my signal lights, brakes and a loose belt - and the staff was very courteous and I didn't feel like they were trying to rip me off. Although I had to wait a bit longer than the finish time I was given, my car's been handling well and I have no complaints about mechanics' worksmanship.

I completely trust them with my car. They are honest about what I really need to get done and what can wait a bit. I will continue coming here.

They did an amazing job! I had been having trouble with my air conditioner for some time. It would sporadically just stop working completely, and then the next day it might work again. Or maybe 3 weeks later it would work again. I took it in to North Hollywood Auto Repair on a weekday morning at 9. They had determined the source of the problem by late morning, and it was repaired and ready to go within a couple of hours. It's now working great, and I think the price was totally reasonable. I do not think they overcharge at all. If I had gone to the dealership I know I would have spent at least twice as much. As a bonus, they took me to work AND came to pick me up when my car was ready! Very much appreciated. Jack and Saeed are great. I will definitely be returning in the future.
