Got a water pump replaced for my prius here, they were half the price as the dealership. Great service and no up charges.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. They quickly diagnose the problem and if aren't certain immediately, explain it and are practical in taking additional steps to correct the problem. My wife and I take both our cars and would not go anywhere else.

Was referred here by a friend to jack. Jack checked out my car for absolutely free and let me know my options. Very straight forward. Month or so later a water pump went bad in my Cadillac. I described the issue over the phone and was told my options. As I was leaving the shop a random shop work whom I presume was working on my car came up to me and continued explaining something to me about my Cadillacs coolant level I would have never ever even thoughtnofnor would have know. This shop is amazing. Honest mechanics.

Trustworthy and very helpful in giving advice on what to keep the car running even though the shop won't make a dime off that.

I came in first thing Saturday morning to have a diagnostic run on my car. An hour later it was diagnosed, and 3 hours after that, my car was ready. Everyone is so friendly, and I was very impressed with their efficiency. I highly recommend North Hollywood Auto Repair.
