Very good service here. The workers speak well in person and on the phone. Polite. When I arrived there were about 40 cars on the lot being worked on. So this means that word of mouth has spread, and people know that this service is a trusted one. I received a quote from a major dealership and North Hollywood Auto Repair beat that quote significantly AND I feel confident that the work was done correctly. I’ll be back!

I literally could not leave a more positive review than this one is about to be. I went here because I was told they were both reasonably priced AND great mechanics. I was expecting to pay $3000+ and it was only $800. I'll be back when I need to be, and will recommend them to anyone who will listen in the meantime.

Dan is a gem! He’s honest, high-integrity, and an expert mechanic. He really takes care of the customers and I never feel ripped off. If anything, he should charge more.

Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, extremely ethical and very gracious in resolving an unbelievably annoying problem with my Jeep. It was right out of Stephen King's "Christine" --the doors would suddenly (and regularly) unlock, the horn would honk, the lights would go on / off--the car was positively possessed! Dan fixed it the day I dropped it off, and now the demon is gone. This guy is a genious and knew exactly how to approach said exorcism! I can't thank him enough, and without hesitation would recommend his shop to anyone for repair work, especially electrical.

I trusted them with my service needs with my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe and now with my Mazda Cx5 2021. I appreciate their diagnostic expertise and their trained technicians do an impeccable job. Dan and John always communicate to me what is imperative and urgent and what is recommended. I never feel like I can't discuss my concerns or that they will use any "pushy sales tactics". It's never been my experience. They are cool, honest, upfront and just all around great guys, who know their business well and it truly shows. I won't take my car anywhere else.
