I have trust in the work that is done at North Hollywood Auto Repair. The only problem that I have ever had was that the order for a replacement part failed to go out as planned, but Jack made up for it by getting it as quickly as he could and I was pleased with the work that was done. AAA recommended North Hollywood Auto Repair to me and that is a recommendation that was definitely worth it.

I had my car towed in because it had been in an accident. Not a bad accident, but since it's an old car, the insurance company would only total it. I decided to sell it to junkmycar.com instead, which meant that the car sat at North Hollywood Auto for a few days until that transfer could be completed. Jack did not complain about that or try to charge me anything for it. Also, he was very helpful in that I had to call him pretty much every day with questions while working with the insurance company and then coordinating with the company that bought the car. PS: The day of the accident, after I brought the car in, someone at the shop drove me home.

I am completely satisfied with the repair work done on my car. NHAR was honest, courteous and reliable. I would use them again for future auto maintenance.

Jack and Saeed are the most jovial and helpful mechanics I've ever had. They always explain what's what and do it with a smile. You're not just a customer they want to get in and out in two seconds and collect their money (like the dealership). They care about you and your vehicle. They will explain as little or as much as needed, and as a woman I appreciate this. Some mechanics take advantage of the fact that I am not mechanically educated and I've been taken advantage of in the past. NoHo Auto Repair are a fraction of the cost of my dealership and I feel I'm better taken care of there. I've been going to them on and off for years and whenever I go back to the dealership, I regret it and have to return my car 3 times because it wasn't done correctly or something was overlooked. No more. These guys have my business for life because they do it right the first time.

North Hollywood Auto Repair is the perfect place to take one's car. Jack, Saeed, and all the mechanics are professionals. A wonderful experience again!
