As usual the guys took care of me. There was no pressure to have unnecessary repairs done.

Unfortunately it took longer than expected to fix the issue and over a weekend that means a few days without a car, but everything has worked great since.

North Hollywood Auto Repair is a very honest mechanic shop that does quality work. It's been a while since I've been there because I've been working in the South Bay area for 3 years and live in the Hollywood area. My Lexus is manual so when the clutch needs to be replaced - it's a big job. Jack told me how much it would cost and there were no surprises. I don't trust the chain store operations so I only look for small owner shops and they're AAA approved too. I really, really recommend them.
