North Hollywood Auto Repair

I always receive attentive personal care. I made a phone call to drop off my car for repairs. They were able to detect the problem repair it quickly. I will continue to use Dan at North Hollywood auto repair.

I've been using North Hollywood Auto for many years now. They've always been honest with me, and most importantly.... They're always able to fix my car! This place has experienced mechanics -- guys who have worked there for decades and definitely know what they're doing. There's no Mickey Mouse repairs over here. In fact, they're certified to work on new vehicles still under factory/extended warranty. I have a BMW that I bought from Rusnak, and a Jaguar that I bought from Hornburg, and the prices for repairs between North Hollywood Auto and these dealerships are as vast as night and day. And I don't have to drive it back over to NH Auto because they always fix it right. John and Dan own the joint and these guys have proven to me that they're honest. I have an old farm truck that enjoys breaking down at the worst moments, and I've had it towed over to this shop so many times. And even though I brought it in not running, I'll get a call from Dan or John the next day informing me it was just a loose wire, or a corroded battery cable -- whatever. The point is. . . This establishment won't rip you off. They know what they're doing. And I can highly recommend!

They figured out the issue within a few hours, held my car overnight, and had it back to me before lunch the next day. Daniel was knowledgeable and put me at ease.

Best people to trust your car with. My Prius died because something was wrong with the hybrid system, and I towed it there. They did the diagnostic, found out that the part was covered by warranty, helped me to get the car to Toyota, and did not charge me at all. Great honest people. Their shop was really busy but they still made time for me. I really recommend John and Daniel. Thank you. This review is the least I can do for you guys.

Dan and John were great! Dan provided an assessment of my car repair and the cost up front. Fair and honest pricing, couldn’t be happier. I’m having Dan install my Catalytic theft deterrent in a few weeks.
