Jack was very informative regarding the issues with my vehicle. He did so first in a technical manner, but then provided additional explanation using more layman vernacular. Further, though he recommended other needed repairs, he related both their lack of urgency and the worthwhile nature of the repairs (my car is old!).

Excellent help. When I was feeling strained because my car broke down on the day of an important meeting at work, the two helpers were beyond considerate and kind to me. They also gave me helpful hints and information and were very upfront about my car and the process. They drove me to work and picked me up later- and walla, my car was fixed when I returned. They certainly turned what could have been an even worse day into something bearable.

I have never had anything but excellent service, honest diagnosis of my vehicle's situation and fast, efficient and thorough work done. I would recommend this place (and have) to anyone....
