I always get what I was promised when I drop the car off. I don't feel I'm being price gouged as a lot of women are in a mechanics shop. If I didn't think prices were fair, I would have left a long time ago! I found them through AAA recommendation in my area. I have 2 friends that also go there & they were very happy about their service as well.
