The only problem that I have ever had was that the order for a replacement part failed to go out as planned, but Jack made up for it by getting it as quickly as he could and I was pleased with the work that was done. AAA recommended North Hollywood Auto Repair to me and that is a recommendation that was definitely worth it.

I had my car towed in because it had been in an accident. Not a bad accident, but since it's an old car, the insurance company would only total it. I decided to sell it to junkmycar.com instead, which meant that the car sat at North Hollywood Auto for a few days until that transfer could be completed. Jack did not complain about that or try to charge me anything for it. Also, he was very helpful in that I had to call him pretty much every day with questions while working with the insurance company and then coordinating with the company that bought the car. PS: The day of the accident, after I brought the car in, someone at the shop drove me home.
