Awesome service, HONEST, friendly, extremely professional. Never thought I'd write such accolades about automotive experts. Dan was so understanding, patient, and kind. He explained exactly what needed to be done, gave me a real estimated time and was lovely. Went above and beyond. Jack was serious, straight up and succinct...but also HONEST !! A first when it comes to this field. This will be my 'Go-To' auto shop and I will urge EVERYONE I know with a car to do the same. Honesty, integrity, sincerity, and expertise--go figure I'm describing an auto repair establishment!😎

As usual, I had a very positive experience with Jack and his whole team when my car overheated on the freeway. Had it towed over to them because of previous great experiences, and they had it fixed in amazing turnaround time to boot. Always honest, no up-ell and usually able to squeeze me into the shop within a day or two. Just found out that they are a certified AAA repair shop...Now I know why. So glad my brother told me about them many years ago, and my 14 year old CRV is still in great shape, partly in thanks to North Hollywood Auto Repair.

Jack is very friendly and gives customers straight talk (you never feel like this is some sleazy auto mechanic shop that's trying to rip people off...which is especially important to me as a woman). I can appreciate the quality of their work and would happily recommend their mechanics to others.
