Been coming to this shop for all my car maintenance for several years now. Jack runs this shop very well. He's a straight shooter who tells you exactly when what's wrong with your car, what you can do to prevent further problems from developing, what maintenance is necessary, and what maintenance is not. This is a very trustworthy shop. The only downside is North Hollywood Auto is often quite busy, but that's because they're popular with their customers who recognize how consistently good their work is. And even when they're busy, North Hollywood Auto has always made an effort to fit my car in whenever possible. I fully recommend North Hollywood Auto.

I think these guys are great. They are friendly and kind and are not out to rake you over the coals. They do great work at a reasonable price, and are always looking out for the best interests of their customers. They are trustworthy, which to me is most important when selecting someone to work on my automobile. Too many other places (and especially dealers) look for ways to pad your bill, especially when you're a woman. I don't want to say anything bad or critical but if I could change one thing it would be in how they schedule the cars they work on. If I have made an appointment for 8:00 am and I am told that my car will probably be ready in 2 hours, then everything should be done to assure that happens. I shouldn't get my car back 8 hours later for something as minor as an oil change. I know there are vehicles coming in through AAA all day, but they should not take precedence over those customers who made an appointment. That being said, I will still bring my car to this repair shop and I will wait long hours if I have to because the positives definitely outweigh the negative.

These are the BEST MECHANICS I have ever come across. Their work isTOPS, it is not only VERY REASONABLE in price, but the car is ready when they promise it…. and THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY… You can't top NORTH HOLLYWOOD AUTO REPAIR..

I can always count on North Hollywood Auto Repair. In a recent emergency they turned my car around for me on the same day so I was able to get to work on time. They communicate clearly and always make sure you understand what you are getting and what you are paying for. It's a place to go if you don't want to have to ever worry about your car.
