North Hollywood Auto Repair

Car maintenance is critical to the life of the car...it's nice to know there's a place I can go where I trust they will do a good and honest job every time and tell me what my car needs.

North Hollywood Auto was terrific. I called about replacing a headlight and an oil change. Although fully booked and couldn't do the oil change, they said swing in and let's get the headlight changed, don't want you to be unsafe. What should have been a simple headlight replacement was more than that and they got my car in, fixed the problem and got the oil change done. They are awesome!

I couldn't have imagined better service! After trying a few other shops with disastrous results, I was thrilled to find this place. I don't know anything about cars, and am often worried places will take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I'm so thankful that I feel comfortable at North Hollywood Auto Repair and can trust the team to not only give me a good deal, but reliable information and outstanding service. Dan, in particular, was professional, reliable and helpful. He made me feel at ease and I was able to drive away knowing I had received top-notch service. Next time I need anything for my car, I'm heading straight here!

The only thing we'd love to get at checkout would be a printed list of everything that was checked and the status of each of those items. Example: Tire Tread - No attention needed or Great condition, May need attention in the near future, Needs immediate attention Filters - Brakes - etc This is a nice reference to have and makes sure we've heard about upcoming or immediate issues. Knowing how much life is left on some of these repairs is important to us in our busy lives.

Not going to get any better than North Hollywood Auto Repair....

Great experience

As usual, Jack and the fellas at North Hollywood Auto did an excellent job with my old Bronco, and were able to find and install parts that the Ford dealership told me weren't made anymore. Now it purrs like a kitten at idle, and rumbles like a beast if I step on the gas! I love having a mechanic that I can trust. I've been taking my cars to them since 1997 and have never been disappointed.

Dan over at N. Hollywood was awesome. I dropped in the afternoon expecting to have to wait and maybe not have my car looked at until the following day when my car was having battery troubles. Dan tested the car right away and by the end of the day had replaced the battery. Good service all around!
