Hi, my vehicle was towed to NORTH HOLLYWOOD AUTO REPAIR it had a strange noise coming from the motor. Dan Brown was very attentive to my problem. After a check up of the vehicle he explained to me that the noise was actually coming from the alternator and a noncritical noise from the catalytic converter. I was offered to replaced the alternator for a modest price. I decided not to do it that day....what was extraordinary: They did not charged me for the diagnose, it was free !! I'll definitely consider them if there's another issue with my cars. I really appreciate their honesty and attention to my problem.

I have been taking my car here for years after I found them on AAA website. They do great work. Very reliable and as a gal, I feel I can fully trust them with my car. I drive my car all over God's creation for work, so having a good mechanic is a must. They don't disappoint. Thank you for taking care of my car.

They do a great job looking out for their customers and don't try to upsell or perform work that you don't need. Working with them has been hands down the best experience I've had with a mechanic. I'll never go back to the dealership for service after my experience with them.

I always have a good experience when I take my car to Dan and Jack. My car has been visiting them for years and NEVER had a problem. And, I got my car in the same day. What more can one ask for?

The rear tail light replaced, the air-conditioning checked, the water supply to clean the windshield replenished, and the oil leaking problem corrected quickly and efficiently. Also, the personal limousine service to and from my home was greatly appreciated. All for a nominal price. Thank you so very much ,Jack.
