Have been with these guys for over 5 years. They are always there to help no matter the urgency and always do a great job. They explain what work needs to be done and pricing clearly and will answer any questions you have. I believe they are honest and I trust them to always return my vehicle to me in great shape. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My husband and I have been going to North Hollywood Auto for the past few years and Jack and his team have ALWAYS been great! This is as a traditional auto shop as you can get. Honest, straight forward, solution oriented is key above a plushy seating area and lattes. I think most people dread taking their car to the shop about the same as getting a tooth pulled. One often dreads the mechanic phone call about your car because it usually is never good, or well inexpensive. However, working with Jack and his guys is pretty straight forward and reasonable (and NOT pushy). They will often tell you here's what we found, this is what we suggest fixing, here's what you could wait on if needed. I always seem to say when I get my call, "Are you sure? Is that all it's going to cost? (FYI, I take very good care of my car and take preventative measures so I've been fortunate so far not to have any major issues). So, in a nut shell, if you're in need of an honest, reasonable, and strait forward shop, this is the place! Oh, it also doesn't hurt that Jack is a HUGE Hockey Kings Fan like my husband and myself :)
