My husband and I have been going to North Hollywood Auto for the past few years and Jack and his team have ALWAYS been great! This is as a traditional auto shop as you can get. Honest, straight forward, solution oriented is key above a plushy seating area and lattes. I think most people dread taking their car to the shop about the same as getting a tooth pulled. One often dreads the mechanic phone call about your car because it usually is never good, or well inexpensive. However, working with Jack and his guys is pretty straight forward and reasonable (and NOT pushy). They will often tell you here's what we found, this is what we suggest fixing, here's what you could wait on if needed. I always seem to say when I get my call, "Are you sure? Is that all it's going to cost? (FYI, I take very good care of my car and take preventative measures so I've been fortunate so far not to have any major issues). So, in a nut shell, if you're in need of an honest, reasonable, and strait forward shop, this is the place! Oh, it also doesn't hurt that Jack is a HUGE Hockey Kings Fan like my husband and myself :)

Honest, dependable, friendly, and amazing work. So, so incredibly glad I found Jack and the crew at North Hollywood Auto. As a woman it can be a hard dealing with auto shops and being afraid of getting ripped off simply because of your gender or lack of knowledge about auto repair. Not so with the crew here! Cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience I've had. You can trust North Hollywood Auto and that means the world.

Dan is the man! Everyone there is so kind and welcoming! They were fast and efficient and Dan sat down and explained to me how my car worked and what needed to be done. He even drove me home so I didn't have to walk back while waiting for my car to be fixed. I cannot stress enough how much their kind and positive attitudes changed an ordinary day into a great one. Thanks for all your help!
