North Hollywood Auto Repair

This company has nothing but rude..unprofessional representatives. You can't even ask a fair question without them acting rude...and hanging up. I had an expensive VW repair job that I needed to have done...it will NOW be done at a place that has respect for their clients..and potential clients.

There are so many reasons we choose North Hollywood Auto Repair. Jack and Dan are both personable and straight shooters. Always a pleasure to have our cars there. They do not recommend unnecessary work. They make the effort to accommodate our schedule. They make sure to explain things before the work is authorized. The mechanics and specialists really know their stuff. We recommend them to people all the time.

These guys are the best. They go out of their way to be helpful. I've been going to this shop for years, and I plan to continue doing so. Thanks, Fellas.

As a business owner myself , having to schedule your services so far in advance tells me you are busy, and you are busy because you offer an excellent service. I was REALLY thrilled when I called this week because I was worried about my brakes and you managed to squeeze in an appointment and get the job done. THANK YOU! Further, I always get an explanation of service that I can understand. Having been burned in the past by a trusted family mechanic, I value the integrity of those at NoHo Auto Repair. They were able to fix a light 2 other shops said was too expensive. They did it for a few dollars. I've been there a couple times for different car issues, and every time I'm very happy with their service and how quickly they get it all done. I've found the mechanics I trust and will go to every time. I know how hard it is to find trustworthy mechanics. I've been in LA for 7 years and I've tried some all over the city. I used to drive back to Oregon for the mechanic I trust until I found NoHo Auto Repair almost 2 years ago. Heck, even the AAA guy who came out to replace my battery recommended them, and for good reason. They are definitely my new car guys.
