Great job. Jack knows his stuff, and felt good about the work done on my car. Even when Jack called to talk about other things that needed to be done with the car, I felt like it was done in a way that had my car's best interest in mind, not trying to just upsell services. I'll be back.

Wow, there were very good to a Worried traveler from Utah. We were there on vacation and thought we were have transmission trouble. So the Family went to UNIVERAL HOLLEYWOOD I went to the repair shop. The took the car for a test drive in less than 2 hours and gave me great news after spending an hour diagnosing the problem, said good news your transmission is fine. Just a Misfire, you can replace plug and cole and your are all set.. Thanks for not taking advantage of a tourist. Great work
