I only trust my vehicle to North Hollywood Auto Repair! I get impeccable service every time and I have full confidence in their entire staff. Jack and Dan are the bomb!!

Dan and your entire staff was very friendly and helpful! I especially appreciate Dan's patience explaining everything to me today and for giving me a ride back to your shop as well. Service was 'okay'. The customer service was above average in terms of answering phones, etc and being on time. The funny part was a $135 'test' just to find out what was wrong with my brakes. It felt funny and like they wanted to charge me for something because they knew the problem wasn't worth fixing as the part alone is $1800 as later found out without the 'test'. I went to another place in hour they told me what was up without a fee. Instead of keeping my car for a whole day ...

Initial customer service was great. Subsequently had engine issue and was told service provided by Pep Boys was faulty. I called back to ask a question and service rep was rude and defensive. They should stand by their work and should have at least said bring back your car in for them to check it out. In a pitch you can try them, better to go to a certified repair shop.

Dan and the guys here do stellar work. Honest guys that don't over charge you. I have brought my car in multiple times and each time I was charged less than originally quoted. Highly recommened and this is coming from someone whose uncle is a mechanic and usually does his own work.

Fantastic service! I highly recommend to anyone! I am a young single girl who doesn’t understand cars and they were happy to explain everything to me in detail until I understood. Really great customer service. They are truly happy to help.

First of all, mechanic forgot about my tire and I waited extra 15 min. These guys could not find a tire hole. They just pumped tire and gave it back to me, so it was flat again next morning. I went to another place and had the hole patched. Idiots.
