This was my first time using this facility and I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED. I got their name from AAA as an approved repair facility in connection with an offer to AAA members for a "road trip ready" service and vehicle inspection and having recently moved from Santa Monica to Beverly Hills, they were one of the closest. I was extremely pleased with Mr. Jack Scrafield's professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. He offered me a lower price than that specified by AAA (their shop price less a 10% AAA discount) and when he broached the desirability of replacing my 2004 Lexus' timing belt (an expensive, all-day repair recommended by Lexus at 90K miles) he urged to check my service record to determine whether this had already been done. The work was performed in a timely manner (as we only have a single vehicle I waited at a nearby coffee shop). I will definitely make this my go-to auto repair facility!

North Hollywood Auto Repair is the best! I just adore Jack and Dan. They always take excellent care of my car. They’re extremely reasonable in what they charge. When I have questions, they explain what needs to be done in a way that is easy to understand. I trust them implicitly.
