My husband and I have been customers of Jack and North Hollywood Auto Repair for almost a decade. Jack takes time to explain everything from what needs to be done vs. what can wait to why a product or brand is best suited for our cars. He asks how we drive our cars, how long we plan to keep them, and how our cars are running. This info helps him provide the best advice to ensure our cars will continue getting us around safely. Not only does Jack and his team provide 5-star service, he's also a really great person and the guys who work with him are always polite and helpful.

Excellent! These guys came with a very strong recommendation from someone I really trust so I had high expectations when going in. Dan and Thomas did not disappoint. Both of them were eager to get me in the next morning, full inspection and all and out the door the next afternoon. You get a sense that they were honest and only giving you the info and the suggested fixes that you actually needed, not squeezing every dime out of you. Having a great mechanic that you can trust makes life SO much easier and less stressful. They have a repeat customer for life.

My husband recommended I come here since he’d already gotten service here. I found Dan to be very professional and helpful in the diagnosis of my car. I also came in today for a brief follow up and again Dan was very helpful and communicated the issue easily regarding my car.
