When I needed my hybrid battery replaced around 150k miles not only were they substantially cheaper than the dealer but they were able to get the part faster! When I had a true safety issue (brakes) John asked for details on my location and the percentage on the brakes. Based on that information, the price the dealer quoted and the fact he couldn’t fit me in for a couple days, he told me if I was his sister he would tell me to let the dealer do the repairs. That kind of refreshingly honest and wholistic view of the situation cemented my loyalty to them. If friends or family mention car trouble, I send them straight for North Hollywood Auto Repair. On the few occasions something is out of their scope (bodywork) they are great with referrals to other local shops.

My car air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling. They checked it's air temperature and said make an appointment which I have done for many years for all my car needs. As usual, they fixed the problem. I've always been very happy with them. I trust them!
