My wife’s car was in need of a repair and I had several questions. The check engine light was on, the car felt like it was losing power when trying to accelerate, we needed a smog check in order to renew the registration, and we had an after market car warranty that I was hopeful would help pay for the repair. Dan helped answer all of the questions I had and really made me feel like I was in really good hands. I sent my wife to North Hollywood Auto Repair to drop the car off. My wife has had really poor experiences with repair shops in the past and hates having to deal with them. After the car was dropped off she told me how easy it was to get in and out. Dan followed up with me the next day and told me that a few coils were misfiring and the spark plugs needed to be replaced. He also got approval from my auto warranty to move forward with the repair so I ended up paying less than the original price I was quoted. We’ve experienced this same problem with my wife’s car in the past and the cost of parts and labor was more expensive for the same job with other repair shops. The car was ready for pickup after one business day passed. I am truly impressed by the level of customer service and mechanical expertise these guys have. They made an already stressful car problem into a pain free repair experience. Thanks to Dan and the team at North Hollywood Auto Repair for treating us with such great service! We are coming back for all future repairs and service for both of our vehicles.
