I have said it all before -- this outfit is FANTASTIC....

These guys are in a high league of their own when it comes to customer service. They were super busy but I needed a lightbulb changed in a headlight. Was able to drive right up and have them do it on the spot. They noticed that I was low in oil and filled me up. I left in just minutes. I love love love these guys. They always keep my car in tip top shape, which means safety and security to me.

North Hollywood continues to deliver! 1 year ago during a routine service for my 2004 Lexus RX330 (86K miles), it was suggested that I replace the timing belt (recommended @ 90K miles) but I was urged to check my personal service record to make sure that this had not previously been done. Life intervened and 1 year later I finally made the appointment. When checking in I was reminded that only after the belt was exposed and related parts inspected could it be determined whether additional work would be required. None was and the work was performed in a timely manner and the 10% AAA member discount applied. I remain a happy and loyal customer (even though I drive from Beverly Hills).

Great shop, they are busy but the do a great job, but you must be patient. If you can't take it somewhere else.
